We monitor all of our customers flights using their flight number to ensure your driver is at the airport waiting when you arrive home. This system also tracks any scheduling changes or diversions which may be put in place. |
When planning the route to your airport our drivers take into consideration traffic conditions and monitor any ongoing roadworks or other factors that could effect your journey time. All Airport Hopper vehicles are also equipped with traffic-monitoring satellite navigation systems. |
What if the transfer vehicle breaks down? |

All our vehicles are maintained to the highest standard and are serviced at least every 3 months. In the unlikely event that one of our vehicles break down we have strong relations with other taxi companies across our airport routes allowing us to complete your transfer at no extra cost to yourselves. |
